Our Prof. Dato' Log. Ts. Dr. Chang Kah Loon (拿督曾家麟博士教授) has served as one of the invited speakers for the session on "Leadership" in the professional development programme in "Higher Education Leadership and Management" (Professional Certificate in Higher Education Leadership and Management (PCHELM)), which is jointly organised by the National Higher Education Research Institute (IPPTN) of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT) of the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), 18-24 August 2026.
