Massive Traffic Congestion on Penang Bridge

26 May 2022

1. Emergency response teams, including related agencies, must be quick to respond.
2. Make one or two lanes available for temporary u-turns so that alternative routes can be used.
3. In the long run, we need an effective public transport system just to ensure "moving people, not vehicles".
4. A traffic enforcement agency or officer should be prepared and present to mitigate the traffic.
5. A special task force can be formed to address the issue in detail (Logistician Chang Kah Loon 曾家麟物流師, 2022).
