In today's fast-paced world, many people experience sleepless nights, but quality sleep is essential for overall well-being. Health issues such as heart disease and diabetes, as well as mental health issues like anxiety and depression, can worsen due to a lack of sleep. Poor sleep can strain relationships, causing irritability and conflicts, while adequate rest fosters better communication and harmony.
Sleep also boosts productivity and performance at work, while fatigue reduces concentration and increases errors. For students, sleep enhances learning and academic success by improving attention and memory.
The Class of 2022, representing LogM and AK Academy 勤 略 學 院, is organising a seminar titled "The Importance of Sleep." We have invited Dr. Lee Mun Kiat, a medical doctor and Certified Nutrition Advisor from O2 Klinik, to speak. The seminar will take place at
