As our mentor and guide, Dato’ Chang’s hard work and dedication are a constant source of inspiration. He consistently emphasises the value of perseverance and the principle of “no shortcuts.” His commitment to encouraging us to stay positive and treat others with sincerity and respect motivates us every day.
