Dato’ Chang Kah Loon at Penang Chinese Town Hall, 14 Dec 2024 (Saturady)
14 Dec 2024The Penang Chinese Town Hall (PCTH) invited Dato' Log. Ts. Chang Kah Loon, FCILT, FLogM, Chief Executive of AK Academy 勤 略 學 院, and several professional logisticians to the 149th Anniversary Dinner on Saturday, 14 December 2024. Nearly 1,000 industry and community leaders attended the dinner.
Dato' Chang received a plaque to commemorate his conferment of the “DSPN" (The Officer of the Order of the Defender of State), which carries the title "Dato'."
Many great leaders, including our Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Chow Kon Yeow, Consulate General of China, State EXCOs, State Legislative Assemblymen (ADUN), and representatives from various sectors, attended the meaningful event, highlighting PCTH's lasting role and impact in the community.
