Congratulations to all award recipients, especially to our Chief Executive, Dato' Dr. Logistician Chang Kah Loon 拿督曾家麟博士, who was bestowed DSPN (Dato'ship) and successfully obtained his PhD (Maritime Logistics) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
