Scouting may be regarded as providing a platform for boys and girls, but it has been proven that many leaders are trained with behavioural, organisational, communication, management, innovation, responsiveness, adaptation, adoption, and leadership skills. 

Our Chief Executive, Dato' Log. Dr. Chang Kah Loon, PhD (USM), FCILT, FLogM, is a King's Scout (1991) and Woodbadge holder (1993), renowned for his action- and result-orientated leadership, along with several alumni from AK Academy 勤 略 學 院, including Log. Daniel Por, CMILT, MLogM, Log. Andy Ng, CMILT, MLogM, and Log. Christopher Lim, PMBA (UTM), CMILT, and MLogM, who remain involved and active in Scouting via the Chung Hwa Confucian B-P Scout Brotherhood.
