08 Aug 2025Our LogM Junior Logisticians Club (LogM JLC) was honoured to participate in AI Horizon 2025, an immersive, future-focused event showcasing the transformative power of AI beyond the classroom.
Artificial intelligence is a key driver of national competitiveness and long-term economic sustainability. The Penang Digital Economy Master Plan (2025–2030) outlines three priorities: business digitalisation, development of local digital talent, and strengthening the start-up and high-tech ecosystem, including AI hubs and data centres.
Officiating the event, Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow described AI Horizon 2025 as a platform to advance AI understanding, application, and innovation, in line with the federal government’s 13th Malaysia Plan aspiration for Malaysia to become a regional AI leader by 2030.
