Our Chief Executive of AK Academy 勤 略 學 院, Dato' Log. Ts. Dr. Chang Kah Loon 拿督曾家麟博士, PhD (USM), FCILT, FLogM, was invited by the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Penang (中华人民共和国驻槟城总领事馆) to attend the reception in celebration of the 76th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China (庆祝中华人民共和国成立七十六周年招待会) on 19 September 2025 (Fri). 

Our Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Chow Kon Yeow; Human Resources Minister, YB Steven Sim; former Chief Minister of Penang cum Federal Minister of Malaysia, Tan Sri Dr. Koh Tsu Koon, HonFLogM; State EXCOs; State Assemblymen; government officials; leaders of political parties, industry and community leaders; senior officials of universities and institutions of higher learning; presidents of professional bodies; presidents of trade associations; and friends of the media were also present to grace and support the reception of China. 

We were also delighted to note that our Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Chow Kon Yeow, mentioned in his speech the importance of logistics (through professional logisticians) in facilitating the development of industries and trade between China and Malaysia in general and Penang in particular, as Penang is among the top in terms of FDI.
