Mr. Teh Xue Liang had the honour to represent Dato’ Log. Ts. Dr. Chang Kah Loon 拿督曾家麟博士, PhD (USM), FCILT, FLogM, at this meaningful event. The competition had successfully ended, with many talented students from Penang showing their brilliant thinking skills and strong speaking abilities.
