CNY Open House, hosted by our Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Chow Kon Yeow 曹觀友

Dr. Chang Kah Loon 拿督曾家麟博士, PhD (USM), FCILT, FLogM, who's also the President of LogM and Chairman of CILT (Penang Section), was cordially invited to attend the CNY Open House, hosted by our Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Chow Kon Yeow 曹觀友, on the first day of CNY on 17 February 2026 (Tuesday) to celebrate the festival with our respected Ministers, Deputy Ministers, State EXCOs, Members of Parliament, Members of the State Legislative Assembly, Ambassadors and Consuls from various countries, City Mayors, City Councillors, professionals, association representatives, community leaders, and many others.
More than a thousand attendees were in attendance, and it was a good platform for networking with our leaders from various fields.
