10 Aug 2026The Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) representative paid a courtesy visit to our Dato' Log. Ts. Dr. Chang Kah Loon (拿督曾家麟博士), PhD (USM), FCILT, FLogM, at his new office at Wisma Penang Garden on 4 August 2026 (Tuesday).
As a senior logistician, our Dato' Log. Ts. Dr. Chang Kah Loon is also a Member of the Technical Committee (Board of Advisors) of the NCER Technology Innovation Centre (NTIC) at NCIA.
NCIA is a Malaysian statutory body established to direct and accelerate economic growth within the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER), which covers Perlis, Kedah, Penang, and Perak.
